Hydrologic Cycle:

The Hydrologic Cycle comprises five processes: condensation, precipitation, infiltration, runoff, and evapotranspiration. Water vapor condenses to make clouds which results in precipitation. This falls to the earth and soaks into the soil or runs off to the ocean. Water from lakes, streams, and the ocean evaporates and returns moisture to the air. Plants return water to the air through transpiration.
